Advice for eating disorders/ please help!?

from an ealier question, i believe i have an eating disorder.. does anyone have any advice for how to stop disliking the feel of fullness. I mean, I liked the food i just ate, but feel like my stomach is instantly fatter, and i can't stop myself thinking about burning it off later... even though what i just ate was including in what im allowed today :S also, my mum sat down at the table while i was eating, and i couldnt talk to her.. i just concentrated on my food.. i know i can't avoid family meals forever but i prefer to eat alone...... what can i do?!
