Should I go to the Emergency Room?

I have had, what I believe to be a urinary tract infection..Although it could be my kidneys? Burning while urinating, blood in urine, dark cloudy and smelly urine, ect. I've had it for three days and am now experiencing severe bloating and fullness, nausea, loose and watery BM, intense abdominal cramps, and intense lower back pain. I've been trying to take the pill that turn your urine colors and they are supposed to give relief. They are NOT working anymore!! HELP!!
