Does anyone know a good Dr. in Raleigh NC that deals with hard to diagnose illness's?

I have been dealing with a medical issue since Dec. 2009 and all types of test have been performed and nobody can figure out what is going on. It started with flu-like symptoms and diarrhea. I am currently out on medical leave because I can't consume enough food to sustain me through the day. I have experienced weight loss, discoloration of my tongue, along with peeling and irritation at times. I have no appetite, don't even get hungry just weak and nauseated most of the time. My quality of life is "none" and it's just beginning to be a little much. My doctor is trying to treat the symptoms and the underlying cause is just going undetermined. When I do eat I get an immediate feeling of fullness. Yes, I have had 3 colonoscopies and 2 endoscopy's and a battery of blood work. They keep telling me nothing is showing up but I'm wondering that if something is off just a little if that could be enough to throw things off whack. I don't know. Just looking for some help out there. If you are a doctor or know of one please respond. I am a 44 year old female and mother of 3 and I don't want this to go on and then one day they find something that's going to be at the worst stage and nothing can be done. I don't want to live like this forever either. Thanks for any suggestions or help that you may be.
