Breast leakage/fullness/pain-- definitely not pregnant?

Hi, for the past couple of months I have had pain, watery discharge (as much as would cover a quarter, from my nipple, which also aches) and my breast feels fuller like when I was preg, but I'm definitely not. I'm not on the pill. I'm 31. What could be causing this?
