Do you think that there should be a new charater in The Vampire Diaries season 3?

i honestly think that there shud be a new character in the Vampire Diaries. i was thinking of a new girl that is Elena's sister and causes trouble. Kinda like Katherine but Elena's sister.Isobel never told anybody else about her. Anybody else have any new ideas. i think they shud also use not often used names like Tasha, Hallie, Sophie, or Nevaeh. Anybody got any ideas? i can submit these to The Vampire Diaries directors and such ...
