mtg will be fine. Go to Sally's salon or & get the purple shampoo. IT works WONDERS on white. you gotta scrub & leave it on for awhile but it will come back white. The purple shampoo is what old people use on their gray hair. I think mane & tail makes a purple shampoo to ,but its like $16 a bottle or so . Its $8 or so at Sally's. If you don't have a Sally's near you try another salon type store
