How can you stop your dog eating cat poop?

I live in a flat and there is a communal garden. There are several cats who come in the garden and poop all over the place. I am not going to go out and poopascoop cat poop! BUT by vile beastly dog goes out there and eat it all! Is there anything I can do to stop her eating it. I don't want to put a muzzle on her. Would some sort of chili or curry powers sprinkled over the cat poop stop her eating it? Has anyone else had this problem and come up with a suitable solution?
