Girlfriend birthday present help?

So my girlfriend's birthday was a week ago and what I did was got up extra early and got flowers candy and a card and left at her door step with rose petals sprinkled on her steps leading to that. She loved it but now she is having a birthday party and I feel like I need to get her a gift and I was thinking necklace until my friend bought her a necklace....So any ideas on what to get her?
