Have been having a "unsteady", head fullness feeling for 7 months now.. HELP!?

My head feels full, and my glands are swollen, daily headache, fatigue, pressure behind my eyes and sort of a dizzy feeling for the past 7 months STRAIGHT! I don't ever want to do ANYTHING bcuz I never feel good anymore. I was dx with Lyme's disease, which they said was caught very early. I was treated with doxycycline for 3 weeks and a few of my symptoms have gone away but this head fullness and "clogged sinus" feeling is still there and its terrible! I have had multiple tests, bloodwork, mri etc and nothing! They tried treating me for migraines recently but the medicine gave me a spinning sensation so I got off of it. I've seen so many different specialists I don't know who to see or what to do anymore. Any advice? I'm running out of options and I refuse to live this way!
