Help my brand new black tile floor is completly oxidized!?

i ran out of all purpose cleaner so i used hot water and the brand oxiclean, in the powder kind. sprinkled it all over my new black tiles in the kitchen! my floor is totally oxidized and i dunno what to do to get it up! please help!
