Could i have a fatty liver or even cirrhosis?

i am 21 years old and have been drinking heavily every day for a year up untill recently when i started experianceing fullness in my upper right abdomen, frequent diarehhea, and light brown solid stools. i am a beer drinker usually 12 a day sometimes more. i do not have medical insureance thats why im on here to see how sever it could be and if i should go to the hospital. i have extremely bad anxiety and am freaking out over this. what are some thigns i should look for? how bad could the damage be after only a year? should i seek immeadiate help?
