I submitted an application for a job. Now what?

Well, usually you don't want to follow up on your application the next day, or risk looking too desperate. Depending on the job, I would send my employer a nice hand-written note about a week later, just sending them a friendly reminder (and showing them how much of a caring employee I would be)! ~Hope this helps, and good luck getting the job!
