Abdominal pain/trouble breathing: whats wrong with me? Should i go to the emergency room? ?

Today while my boyfriend and I were having sex, i felt him penetrate me really deep. It was painful at the moment but it wasnt severe. About 10min later i felt very intense pains in my pelvic area almost unbearable. After an hour i felt a feeling of fullness and pressure in my stomach area. I'd stand up and feel dizzy. Now as i try to sleep the pressure is so much that i cant breathe properly. I take short breaths and if i laugh my rib cage hurts so bad i want to cry. Im not sure what this is and im not sure if i should go to the ER. Help me please! Have you experienced this before?
