Constant, yet mild feeling of needing to pee?

I'm a 17 year old girl and I had the same problem and feeling but left it for over 2 weeks. Eventually I couldn't pee because it just hurt too much. Went to the doctors and turns out I had a urine infection that could have turned into serious kidney problems and I may have needed to go have surgery. The doctor knew exactly what it was when I said 'I feel like I have to pee 24/7' so I'd say you deffs have a urine infection.
