Could i have celiac disease?

ok so i am 21 years old and have been experianceing some gastrial problems lately. for the past 2 months ive had a feeling of bloating or fullness in my upper right abdomen along with diahrrea, clay colored solid stool and a loss of appetite. i have bad anxiety though and sometimes feel that i bring these problems on to myself. a breif backround i had IBS in my early teens and do drink beer often could either of these two things realte to celiac disease? one last note i do NOT have insurance so i try to avoid going to the doctor unless completely necessary.
