Could I possibly have TMJ?

Lately I have been having a lot of ear problems. I have extreme fullness in my ears, it feels like they are full of water. They won't really pop that much either. I do have some pain in my ears but it's not to bad. Also my ears kind of have an itchy feeling like deep down in my ear. I was looking online and saw that ear problems can be associated with TMJ. I had my ears checked and the DR. said there wasn't an infection. I do have some of things associated with TMJ like joint pain every once in awhile and I also grind my teeth at night (my boyfriend says its so loud that he can hear it). I just hate this fullness in my ear because it also makes me dizzy and I don't ever feel like doing anything because of the dizziness. Any suggestions of what it could be?? thanks
