FULLNESS IN EAR WITH DRAINAGE AND ACHE?

i have fullness in my ear with drainage that wakes me up. I have a swollen neck one one side and a slight cough.I had a doctor tell me that I have MENIERES. I do not believe him he only took a hearing test in his office. HELP?
