Has anyone ever had a heavy/full pelvis along with discomfort and nasua? What could it mean?

The only thing I can think of is this is from the LEEP procedure I had done last week or maybe pregnancy? I called the office and asked and they said the symptoms I have shouldn't be related to the procedure. I have been feeling so faint lately. Like when I stand up I get really dizzy and light headed. I also feel nausua in the morning and at night. And my stomach feels soar, like below my belly button. It is tight feeling or like super bloated feeling and heavy. Its pressure and fullness. I cant stand it! My boyfriend is like 100 miles away and I miss him and I wish he was here to take care of me, I feel so tired and scaredd. We had sex 2 weeks ago and he let it go in me. I had just started my new pack of pills and the month prior to that pack I was on an antibiotic. I called the pharmacist and he said I should have waited a full month from the last day I took the antibiotic (March 30) at least before having unprotected sex. We did it on april 20. And right after I just know. I knew it as it happened. I could be wrong, but even he has been like I wonder if you're pregnant. And my brother who knows nothing of this told me he had a dream about me and my bf having a baby boy whose name started with an L. And me and my boyfriend agreed months ago we love the name Landon. So it gave me chills! Then my boyfriend texted me within an hour of that and said I love you two. OMG I am so ahhh! I took a test, but it's too early. I have this week and then if I don't get it I will know for sure.
