Hemorrhoid Pressure? Normal?

I have a hemorrhoid. It hurt, itched and bleed a little bit last week. Now I feel no pain or anything. But I have this weird fullness and slight pressure feeling. Everything is normal looking. Feels like I have to go to the bathroom but I don't. Is this normal with having Hemorrhoids? I am a 29 year old female. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
