Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus was a perfect man, like Adam. But could a perfect man sin, like Adam?

Jesus was not perfect. He was man thus got angry, had temptation, craving, doubts. The bible is writen by apostles that were there with him, but what about when they were not with him. Or even if they were and saw that he was not perfect, they were not going to write that about him, because they knew that that was not the reason they were there at the time. Example, if he was perfect, why is it that he cursed the people that were inside the temple, the house of his father having a shop, and tents and doing everything but what they were supposed to do in the house of the lord.... See, he was not perfect, but what he was trying to show his people is that being a man was no excuse to not to try to be like God.
