OVARIAN CYST PREGNANCY DO I NEED 2 GO 2 THE ER?!?!?!?

I calculated online that if I was to be pregnant I would be 5 weeks but the symptoms dont coinsde with my symptoms. I have a past of unexplainable pelvic infections and ovarian cysts. Right now I am bloated, VERY fatigued with lightheaded weakness and racing of the heart thats gotten worse and worse(I cant even sit with out it happening), I have sharp stabbing pains on both sides but mostly my left ovary area, fullness, nausea, the shakes especially in the hands and anything such as the smell of paint makes me want to hurl. What is going on? Do I NEED to go to the ER??
