Don't go to the ER, go to your ob/gyn. You need to have an ultrasound performed, which they can do in the office. Ovarian cysts are no big deal, but ovarian cancer is. How old are you? Over 40? Prime candidate. Have it checked out as soon as possible. And Good Luck.
